We stand behind every Cozy product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened diaper packs or skincare products that have been used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back using the address we provide
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
