We deliver Cozy products to families across Cambodia. Here's everything you need to know before you order.
Free Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $20 USD. For orders under $20, a flat delivery fee of $2 USD applies.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or courier delays.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via phone or email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by signing into your account.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
