1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or placing an order through the Cozy website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Cozy reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. About Cozy

Cozy is a baby care products brand selling diapers, wipes, and skin-care products in the Kingdom of Cambodia. We operate exclusively online through this Site. For questions, contact us at hello@cozy.com.kh.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Slight variations in colour between images and physical products may occur due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

4. Ordering process

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not confirmed until a member of our team contacts you — by phone or message — to verify delivery details. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we cannot reach you to confirm delivery.

Once confirmed, we will dispatch your order and notify you when it is on its way.

5. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery — you pay in cash when your order arrives.
• ABA PayWay— online payment via ABA Bank's secure payment gateway. By choosing this method, you agree to ABA Bank's payment terms.

All transactions are in USD. We do not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Cambodia. Delivery timeframes and fees are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy is set out on our Returns page. In summary, we accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law.

8. Product suitability

Our products are designed for infant use. Always read product labels and follow usage instructions. If your baby has sensitive skin or a known allergy, consult a paediatrician before use. Cozy is not liable for adverse reactions arising from misuse or failure to follow label instructions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Cozy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Cambodian law, Cozy's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
